I am a University qualified Nutritionist, and a certified Personal Trainer and have always had a strong interest in health and fitness.  I was previously the head Nutritionist for the Penrith & Parramatta Fernwood Fitness centres for 5 years.  

I live in the lower Blue Mountains west of Sydney with my husband & 3 adult children.
